Dear Clients,

I deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but due to repeated instances of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, all appointments now need to be confirmed with a deposit of $50 at the time of booking. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour period prior to your appointment, you will forfeit the $50. If you don't show up, you will also forfeit the $50.

I hope you understand that I am a small business, and I rely on my clients keeping their commitments to their appointments. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
